The Sun Tequila Tasting returned to Mohegan Sun casino and resort on July 23. Sponsored by Patrón, Fruitful Mixology and Taco Pacifico, the annual event provides a brand showcase of agave-based spirits from a variety of suppliers and distributors. Guest celebrity bartenders D’Andra Simmons, Phil Wills and Ben Schaeffer showcased their skills from behind the event venue’s website-branded bar booth, where each created custom margaritas for guests featuring Casamigos Tequila Blanco with flair. Partygoers also mixed their own margaritas using the Patrón blender bike, snapped pics at a variety of photo booths and enjoyed live music throughout the evening. Tequila fans paired the many offerings with savory Mexican fare provided by Taco Pacifico.
