
A variety of brands in the beer, wine and spirits industry were showcased during the annual Taste of Fairfield – WinterFest at the Brooklawn Country Club on January 28. Guests sampled craft beer, wine and specialty cocktails from Asylum Distillery, Josh Cellar Wines, Fairfield Craft Ales and Valor Spirits. More than two dozen local restaurants and markets provided comfort and party-themed food for guests. Entertainment included music, stand-up comedy, silent disco and bowling. Part of the proceeds benefited Operation Hope of Fairfield.
