Providence’s Ten Prime Steak & Sushi named Scott Pinocci as restaurant manager, responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including employee management, special event coordination, and budgeting. “We are excited to welcome Scott to Ten,” said John Elkhay, Maestro, Chow Fun Food Group. “His experience in the hospitality industry and extensive knowledge of the industry’s landscape in Southern New England promises to bring Ten to a new level of excellence.” Prior to joining Ten Prime, Pinocci was the general manager and beverage director at Tastings Wine Bar & Bistro in Foxboro, MA. He has formerly served as general manager at Cook & Brown Public House in Providence and dining room supervisor at The Mooring Seafood Kitchen & Bar in Newport, among other past venues.
