The Cocktail Guru Pours at Newport Wedding Show

The Cocktail Guru team showcased its bar services at the Newport Wedding Show, presented by Newport Life Magazine, at Hotel Viking sponsored by Audrain Hospitality Group on Feb. 26. Founder Jonathan Pogash, alongside Rhode Island bar professionals Stephanie Merola and Meaghan McGovern, served up tastes for brides-to-be made with a multitude of brands in four showcased cocktails: The Destination Wedding, made with Brugal 1888 Rum, RIPE Bar Juice Bajan Punch, apple cider and Cinzano Prosecco; The Bubbly Bridesmaid, made with Hornitos Blanco Tequila, RIPE Bar Juice Agave Margarita, St. Elder Elderflower Liqueur, Aperol and Cinzano Prosecco; The Honeymoon Romp, made with Grainger’s Deluxe Organic Vodka, Allen’s Coffee Brandy, St. Elder Hazelnut Liqueur and cold brew coffee; and Party Thyme!, made with Maker’s Mark Bourbon Whisky, RIPE Bar Juice Lemon Sour and Perfect Puree Peach Ginger Puree.
