Opened by Owner and Bartender Alan Heron, the venue is the spot for a pour of fine Scotch, bourbon, rye and plenty of other curated spirits. A vast menu of offerings serves the general public and its club members, who get access to guided tastings and specials alike. Cocktail: Flying Scotsman’s Black Manhattan
Ingredients:
» 2 oz. Compass Box The Spaniard Blended Malt Scotch
» 1 oz. Amaro Montenegro
» 4 dashes Fee Brothers Black Walnut Bitters
» 1 bar spoon cherry juice
» Garnish: 1 Amarena Toschi Italian black cherry
Method: Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Stir thoroughly. Strain into a coupe glass and add a skewered cherry.
