The Industrial Cocktail Bar at 222 On Main in New Britain hosted a cocktail pairing dinner highlighting the award-winning 1800 Tequila line on Jan. 26. The dinner was held within The Assembly Room, a 7,500-square-foot dining hall with a multipurpose space. The four-course meal, which was curated by Chef Luis Reyes, featured cocktails created by The Industrial Owner Andres Soriano using 1800 Tequila expressions as the base spirit. Throughout the evening, guests enjoyed cocktails with 1800 Blanco Tequila, 1800 Reposado Tequila, 1800 Añejo Tequila and 1800 Coconut Tequila. The 1800 line of tequilas was named to commemorate the year when tequila was first aged in oak casks. The 100% blue agave tequila is bottled in Jalisco, Mexico.
