The Eddy in Providence was the site for a private product tasting and education session on Vermont Spirits Distilling Co., makers of artisanal spirits, who use local agricultural products, including maple, apples and corn, sourced from their partnerships with farmers from around Vermont. The July 24, 2014 session included Vermont Gold Vodka, Coppers Gin, White Vodka, Black Snake Whiskey and No. 14 Bourbon, all available through Horizon Beverage of Rhode Island.
