The ninth annual West Hartford Whiskey & Spirits Festival, also known as WeHa Whiskey Fest, presented by Maximum Beverage, was hosted on the grounds of the Hartford Golf Club on Sept. 24. Guests enjoyed more than 250 types of whiskey, bourbon, rye and single-malt Scotch, along with more premium spirits this year, including a variety of rum, tequila, gin and craft cocktail samples. Attendees paired their beverage selections with food from a buffet menu prepared by the Hartford Golf Club’s Chef Ryan Calvo and team, accompanied by live music. Event proceeds benefited Friends of Feeney, a charity helping children and families who need assistance after heartbreak and tragedy.
