West Shore Seafood
449 Bantam Lake Road
Morris, CT
Located in scenic Litchfield County, West Shore Seafood is an inland seafood oasis that’s earned a reputation as the go-to outdoor restaurant for fried shrimp baskets, lobster rolls, and grilled fish and everything in between that’s dipped in tartar sauce or enjoyed with a squeeze of lemon (and always with a side of fries-n-slaw). A Bantam Lake Road destination since 2007, West Shore Seafood features an all-weather indoor/outdoor tented dining area, lush and green open-field seating and now a full-service bar featuring local craft beer, a curated wine list and creative cocktails, each a colorfully crafted accompaniment to skillfully prepped seafood delights.

“This has been an exciting season for West Shore Seafood,” Bartender Susie Pregno said. “With the addition of our new bar, as [WSS] had long been a BYOB restaurant, we’ve been having a great time working with our local breweries, spirits brands and distributors to create a beverage menu that hits all the right notes. A Shore Thing is one such cocktail that gets you … coming and going. It’s a delicious combination of multiple spirits that’s refreshing, and the layering effect gives it that ‘wow’ effect.”
