Hartford Flavor Company resumed its popular onsite mixology classes at its Hartford distillery and tasting room location, held across four nights in October and November, with more planned for December and into 2022. Led by Hartford Flavor Company Founder Lelaneia Dubay, the classes aim to enable participants to feel “more confident about making drinks at home.” Each class covers the basics of cocktail making and bar tools, as well as “spirit and flavor affinities,” using Hartford Flavor Company’s products: Wild Moon Liqueurs, Wild Moon Botanics, and the recently released Hartford Flavor Company Vodka Straight Organic and Hartford Flavor Company Vodka Straight Organic Vanilla Vodka. The Wild Moon Liqueurs line launched in 2015 with its liqueurs created using organic botanicals as sweetened tinctures to accent spirits, Champagne and more, with flavors including Cucumber, Cranberry, Rose, Lavender, Birch and Chai Spice. The company offers variations of its consumer classes geared to educate trade, as well, including on-premise and off-premise employees and accounts. The line is distributed throughout Connecticut by Brescome Barton.
