During the seven-course dinner, prepared by Roìa’s Executive Chef and Owner Avi Szapiro and his kitchen team, “Supper Club” guests enjoyed fine wines, including Buglioni il Vigliacco Brut Rosé, Feudo Montoni Catarratto Masso, Villa Russiz Collio, Elena Walch Gewurztraminer, Kumeu River Hunting Hill Chardonnay, Renato Fenocchio Langhe Nebbiolo, Bergstrom Shea Vineyard Oregon Pinot Noir, Volpaia Balifico 2013, Volpaia Coltassala 2013 and Volpaia Il Puro 2013 Casanova.
