Two Roads Brewing Company hosted a beer-pairing dinner at Rowley Grill & Tap in Winsted on March 1. Guests enjoyed a four-course dinner prepared by Chef Arsene Camara and her culinary team, each served with a different Two Roads Brewing Company offering. During the evening, guests enjoyed Two Roads Ol Factory Pils, No Limit Hefeweizen, Two Juicy IPA and Espressway Cold Brew Coffee Stout.

The first course, baby arugula and fried goat cheese salad with sliced apples and cranberries, served with raspberry dressing, was paired with Two Roads Ol Factory Pils.

The second course, lobster-stuffed petite portobello with sherry lemon butter sauce, was paired with Two Roads No Limit Hefeweizen.

The third course, seared and fan sliced venison steak in a shallot red wine reduction and potatoes gratin, was paired with Two Roads Two Juicy IPA.

The fourth course, Godiva black forest cheesecake, was paired with Two Roads Espressway Cold Brew Coffee Stout.
