Half Full Brewery hosted a pop-up beer garden in Stamford’s Mill River Park on the weekends of December 6 through December 29, 2019. As part of the Mill River Park Collaborative’s Holiday Market and the park’s “Winter Wonderland” festivities, the Half Full Winter Beer Garden featured an enclosed bar serving Half Full beer, cider and wine in a holiday-themed “après-skate” inspired lounge. The 2,500-square-foot beer garden was open alongside the park’s Holiday Market, which included 30 local vendors.
