New Zardetto Prosecco DOC Rosé Extra Dry offers a modern aperitif and is a versatile companion to a variety of foods.

MS Walker of Rhode Island added Zardetto Prosecco DOC Rosé Extra Dry. Created from 85% Glera grapes and 15% Pinot Noir grapes coming from its Prosecco DOC vineyards in the Veneto/Friuli regions, Zardetto Prosecco Rosé Extra Dry showcases the gentle and delicate color of Pinot Noir grapes, with the wine a pale and delicate pink and subtle violet hues. The perlage is described as lively, elegant and persistent, offering fruity aromas of golden apple, white peach and small berries on the nose, intermingled with notes of spring flowers. A refreshing acidity balances its fruitiness well to create “full, enveloping and almost creamy sensations,” according to tasting notes.
