Best Beverage expanded its spirits portfolio with the recent addition of Laird & Company. Included are several expressions of their famous apple brandy, including 80° Blend, Straight Applejack 86, Bottled in Bond, 7½ Year Old and 10th Generation 5 Years Old Bottled in Bond. Known as one of America’s oldest distillers, Laird & Company was founded by the Laird family in the late 1600s and specializes in apple spirits, including applejack and American apple brandy. Eighth-generation descendants Larrie W. and Lisa Laird now run the company, which is headquartered in Virginia. Also new to Best Beverage is Italian import Lazzaroni with several of its classic Italian liqueurs. Perfect for any cocktail list or retail liqueur section, the lineup includes Amaretto, Sambuca, Limoncello, Maraschino Cherry, Triple Sec Orange Liqueur and Amaretto Cherries. Paolo Lazzaroni & Figli S.P.A. is based in Saronno, Italy, near Milan and produces its high-quality classic liqueurs, fruit liqueurs, grappas and bitters from select materials according to traditional recipes.
