The Killingworth Café offers a full bar with wine, beer and spirit offerings as well as nostalgic cocktails to pay homage to the café’s storied past. The Café’s Dancing Squirrel has been on the menu ever since they opened 25 years ago, and remains a popular seller today.

Cocktail: The Café’s Dancing Squirrel
Recipe:

• 1 part Crème d’Noya
• 1 part Crème d’Cocoa
• 1 part heavy cream

Build in a cocktail mixer and shake. Pour into a cocktail glass, add shaved white and/or bittersweet dark chocolate on the top.
