Jim Clerkin

On February 25, 2015, the Distilled Spirits Council elected Moet Hennessy North America CEO Jim Clerkin Chair of the national trade association, which represents the makers and marketers of distilled spirits sold in the United States. Clerkin succeeds Campari America Chairman Gerard (Gerry) Ruvo, who has chaired the Council since 2013. “We look forward to Jim’s leadership and guidance as we seek to advance the interests of the distilled spirits community in an ever increasingly complex public policy environment,” said Distilled Spirits Council President and CEO Kraig R. Naasz.
