The Remarkable Regional Malts portfolio offers expertly blended Scotch malt whiskeys. Shown also are new additions Reyes Demonios Maguey Espadín Mezcal and Aguaviva Cachaça.

The Remarkable Regional Malts portfolio is a new line of unique spirits that launched this summer with the Craft Beer Guild Distributing of Connecticut Blueprint Spirits Division. The line includes The Epicurean Lowland Blended Malt Scotch Whisky, Rock Island Blended Malt Scotch Whisky, Timorous Beastie Highland Blended Malt Scotch Whisky, Scallywag Speyside Blended Malt Scotch Whisky, Gauldrons Campbeltown Malt Blended Scotch Whisky and Big Peat Islay Blended Malt Scotch Whisky. The Remarkable Regional Malts line comes from Douglas Laing & Co. as its collection of premium blended (or “vatted”) malt Scotch whiskies. Established in 1948 by Douglas Laing, a Scotch whisky specialist, the family-run business is now in its third generation of Scotch whisky makers. New Connecticut offerings also include Aguaviva Cachaça produced biodynamically by Brazil’s Rocha family, who have been producing cachaça in Brazil since 1902 using sugar cane harvested from their own fields, and Reyes Demonios Maguey Espadín Mezcal, a 100% small-batch agave offering from Mexico.
