Kraig R. Naasz

The Distilled Spirits Council of the United States (DISCUS) announced the selection of Kraig R. Naasz, the current head of the American Frozen Food Institute (AFFI), as its new President and CEO.  Naasz succeeds Dr. Peter H. Cressy, who has guided DISCUS for the past 16 years, during which time the spirits industry increased its market share by 22%, and supplier revenues more than doubled from $10.7 billion annually to over $23 billion. The appointment is effective January 1, 2016.
