The second day of the Eat Drink RI Festival brought together the area’s top women chefs for the Rhody Women’s Feast at Revival Foodworks & Brewery in Cranston on April 25. Featuring chefs Jennifer Backman of The Mooring, Shy Hey; Andrea LaFazia of The Locals; Rebecca Lentrichia of Renaissance Providence Downtown Hotel; Maria Meza of El Rancho Grande; Gina Pezza of Vanda; and Lizzie Fink of Bread Box Baking Company, the multicourse dining event paired food with specialty cocktails featuring spirits from women-owned distilleries Boston Harbor Distillery and Pomp & Whimsy Gin Liqueur and beer from Revival Brewing Co. Event proceeds benefited the Women’s Fund of Rhode Island, whose mission is to advance gender equity by investing in women and girls through research, advocacy, grant making and strategic partnerships.
