Barrington’s Grapes & Grains paired select fine wines at the July offering of The Mosaic Table’s ongoing, monthly themed dinner series, Dinner with Neighbors, at Hope & Main’s gardens in Warren on July 25. Anat Sagi, Owner, Chef and Experience Curator of The Mosaic Table, created and presented a Spanish Soiree, an evening of Spanish inspired cuisine. Based at the kitchens at Hope & Main, The Mosaic Table is a gourmet service offering meal and private chef services which uses locally sourced ingredients from small farms and businesses in support of its events, each crafted by Sagi. Guests enjoyed live music, a cocktail hour with specialty creations courtesy of mobile bar RI Cruisin’ Cocktails and hors d’oeuvres, followed by a three-course sit-down dinner, paired with European wines curated by the team at Grapes & Grains, including Tenuta Carlin de Paolo Grignolino 2019 from Italy; Dürnberg ‘Cool’ Grüner Veltliner 202 from Falkenstein, Austria; and Broadbent Vinho Verde from Vila Nova de Gaia, Portugal.
