Hartford Flavor Company, makers of Wild Moon Liqueurs and Wild Moon Botanics, released two new, super-premium vodkas in June: Hartford Flavor Company Organic Vodka and Hartford Flavor Company Vanilla Vodka. Hartford Flavor Company Organic Vodka, also distilled from sugar cane, is a certified organic vodka, the first product in Hartford Flavor Company’s line to be certified organic. “Getting organic certification was important to us and the organic certification covers our entire distillery facility and so we will be adding organic certifications for most of the Wild Moon products as well,” said Owner Lelaneia Dubay. “This is consistent with what Hartford Flavor’s mission has always been: producing all-natural products that stand out in a crowd.” Hartford Flavor Company Vanilla Vodka is distilled from sugar cane and blended with real vanilla beans, resulting in a multilayered and smooth vodka with a vanilla taste that is perfect for sipping or using in cocktails. Unique to the vodkas is the water filtration system that Hartford Flavor Company uses, which strips out unwanted minerals, restructures the molecules, adds hydrogen and ionizes the minerals retained in the water, lending a clean and vibrant taste. Hartford Flavor Company is the only beverage company in the world using the filtration system, said Dubay.
