Hartley & Parker Adds Connecticut-Based TUCK Gin

By February 26, 2020Connecticut, Top News

Hartley & Parker Limited, Inc., added new TUCK Gin to its portfolio of spirits. Founded in 2019 by Connecticut residents Fernando Alva Mirás, Jonathan Davies, Geoff Shafer and Alex Metviner, TUCK Gin is created in Weston and batch-distilled in Greenport, New York. Named after the Saugatuck River, the gin uses organic grapefruit from the West Coast peeled by hand and live botanicals versus dried. Alva Mirás said, “Each of the botanicals are individually macerated, then each individually distilled and rested before blending together. This formulation is unique in the world, which leads to a gin with no bitterness and a clean and smooth finish. We can derive the purest heart of each botanical without compromise.” TUCK Gin offers a fruit-forward smooth taste that is 100% gluten-free and 95 calories per ounce.
