High Limb Cider Dinner Hosted in Providence

High Limb Cider of Plymouth, Massachusetts was highlighted at a pairing dinner at the Rooftop at the Providence G in downtown Providence on Oct. 20. Guests enjoyed a fall-inspired four-course meal prepared by the Providence G kitchen team, paired with a variety of craft cider from High Limb Cider while taking in autumn views of the city, with live music by Frankie Lee Retrospect providing the backdrop. Jeremy Quaglia, Cidermaker, High Limb Cider was in attendance to discuss each pairing with guests and explain High Limb’s process for making its smooth, unfiltered craft cider. Inspired by traditional cider making techniques, High Limb Cider creates its unique modern cider using high-quality, locally sourced ingredients. High Limb Cider is distributed in Rhode Island through Horizon Beverage Co.
