Horizon Beverage Company of Rhode Island offered holiday cheer through its annual Giving Tree event to benefit Adoption Rhode Island during the 2019 gift-giving season. The team at Horizon fulfilled the holiday wish lists of 10 children, ages 3 to 19, in state care. Adoption Rhode Island is a private nonprofit organization dedicated to finding forever families for children in state care. The organization also provides support throughout the adoption process such as child, youth and family support services, and education, training, advocacy and referrals. Horizon Beverage was recognized in November 2019 during National Adoption Month by Governor Gina Raimondo and state officials for ongoing efforts in supporting the nonprofit.
