LaLuca Prosecco Rosé DOC Ready for Rhode Island

By March 24, 2021Rhode Island, Top News

LaLuca Prosecco Rosé DOC is a blend of 88% Glera and 12% Pinot Noir at 11% ABV.

Horizon Beverage Co. of Rhode Island welcomed LaLuca Prosecco Rosé DOC to its portfolio in time for spring sales, imported by Opici Wines and Spirits. The elegant sparkling rosé wine is crafted from grapes sourced from some of the oldest vines among the most respected growers across the region, resulting in a blend of 88% Glera and 12% Pinot Noir. Pale pink in color and with a fine and persistent perlage, this bubbly exhibits delightful and vibrant flavors of fresh strawberry and hibiscus with subtle floral notes. LaLuca Prosecco Rosé DOC is refreshing and well-balanced with bright acidity and a clean, off-dry finish. “LaLuca is a special brand and we wanted to be one of the first to market with Prosecco Rosé,” said Don Opici, Managing Director of Opici Wines. “LaLuca has been a huge success for us and continues to provide both the quality and value consumers are seeking.”
