The seventh annual Newport Craft Beer Festival, featuring brews from top craft breweries across the U.S., took place at Newport Storm Brewery on April 27 and 28. The two-day event began with a VIB (Very Important Beers) Reception hosted by Newport Storm Brewery on April 27. Session two took place on the lawn of the Great Friends Meeting House in Newport on April 28. Staff from close to 20 breweries were in attendance to discuss selections with guests. Proceeds from the event benefited the Rhode Island Brewer’s Guild.
