Pernod Ricard North America Chairman and CEO Paul Duffy stepped down effective December 2, 2019, the company announced. Duffy, who led Pernod’s U.S. business from 2008 to 2012 and again from 2016 to the present, will be leaving the group to return to his native Ireland. Duffy is replaced by Ann Mukherjee, currently Chief Commercial Officer of S. C. Johnson & Son, Inc., a global family manufacturer of household and professional products. Pernod Ricard also announced that Bruno Rain is retiring as Chairman and CEO of Pernod Ricard Winemakers, to be replaced by Bryan Fry, currently Managing Director of Pernod Ricard Pacific, also effective December 2.
