Cocktail: The Stoneacre Brasserie Dark ’n’ Stormy
» 2 oz. Cruzan Aged Dark Rum
» .75 oz. House-made ginger syrup
» .75 oz. Fresh lime juice
» Angostura bitters
Method: Add rum, ginger syrup, lime juice and ice to shaker. Shake. Pour into Collins glass. Top with soda water and Angostura bitters. Garnish with lime.
