1.5 oz. Orange Ketel One vodka,

1 oz. Ginger Apple simple syrup

half-ounce fresh lemon juice

half-ounce fresh blood orange juice.

Shake well and serve up.

“It tastes refreshing and light,” said Pekar. “It’s summery without being really sweet; it’s on the tarter side. Really nice in the warm weather.”
