Two Roads Brewing Relief Draft Program Offers Industry Help

By June 29, 2020Connecticut, Top News

Two Roads Brewing Company launched its Back on the Road Draft Program, which began on June 1, with a goal to help restaurants and bars lower their startup costs after shutdown measures created economic strain for owners and operators.

Stratford’s Two Roads Brewing Company announced an initiative to help Connecticut restaurants and bars recover from the effects of the COVID-19 health crisis. Through its Back on the Road Relief Draft Program, state venues can get a discount on a selection of the brand’s top-selling, fresh draft products from June 1 until July 31 with the goal to give restaurants a chance to lower their startup costs, giving them more cash flow to manage inventory and hire back staff. “The shutdown has been a rough ride … and for some time, it will remain so because seating capacity will be restricted for safety reasons,” said Ben Iaderosa, Director of Sales, Two Roads Brewing Company. “We want to help our customers get back up and running, so they can bring more of their staff back sooner.” Two Roads Brewing Company is also working with its distributors to split the cost of refunding retailers for draft beer that is no longer fresh enough for sale.
